When we got put in quarantine, I felt like a teenager on punishment stuck in my room with a sampler, some herb, and my imagination. Treat me like a teen and I'll start doing the kidult version of my teenage self...
making 90's style boombap with a modern twist, while still using the elements that our culture is built on, gritty drums and chopped samples.
May we all nod our heads in agreeance to being free through frequency.
